History

VIA GmbH is a distribution company, founded in 2008. All activities are organized and managed by experienced professionals who has more than 15-years practical experience in the distribution.

2008.
The company «VIA GmbH» started developing vending processes which was done in a short period of time. The company achieved great results in a short time and became very popular among the customers of South Germany.

2009.
This year brought to the company an important event − new TM «VIA Caffe» was presented in Ukrainian market − there are grain and instant coffee of high quality, made in Europe. Trademark "Via Caffe" became the first brand in the the company’s brand portfolio, and it was the start of Private Label policy development.

2010.
There was a start of personal care products distribution. Contracts with Paloma d.d and Riboth GmbH were signed. Thus "Paloma" and "Fixes" were added in the company’s portfolio. As the start of personal care goods direction was successful, the company decided to focus its efforts on the direction development.

2011.
The company signed long-term contracts with Ontex International (adult diapers, underpads) and Pelz GmbH (cotton products TM "Jean Carol") to get the right to represent their products in the Ukrainian market. VIA GmbH created its own brands: LeSonis (adult diapers, underpads), Viking (razors) and began their active developing.

2012.
VIA GmbH focused its efforts on Private Label direction development. Products of the Japanese company KAI Corporation were represented under own brand KATANA (disposable razors of premium class). The company’s brand “111” was represented with the shaving and aftershave products as a part of the politics of Private Label developing. Disposable razors “Lord” of the middle and low price segment were entered to maximize coverage of various market segments.

2013.
The company provided active communication with European major manufacturers. A few groups of the new products were added in the assortiment range of VIA GmbH: deodorants (“Tango”, “Full Fresh”, “111”), shampoos and shower gels (“Lilien”, “111”) and cotton production (“Le Sonis”) were among them.

2014.
VIA GmbH developed effectively partnership relations with Czech company Union Cosmetic. The assortiment range were refilled with new brands and products. The company entered the household chemistry market with trademark Twister (washing gels, softeners, dishwashing detergents and universal detergents) and started to present natural cosmetic with trademark NATURALIS (shampoos, shower gels, bath foam and salt, creams and massage oils).

2015-2016.
The company focused the efforts on building long-term and profitable relations with the partners. As an official distributor of J.J.Darboven (leading beverage manufacturer in the German market) in the Eastern Europe region, VIA GmbH represents such brands as IDEE Kaffee, Café Intención, Eilles Kaffee, Mövenpick and Windsor-Castle. The assortiment range were refilled with new products of Union Cosmetic, Czech manufacturer of household chemistry and skin care products, represented with trademarks Naturalis, Lilien and Twister. VIA GmbH continued developing its Private Label (Via Caffe) as well, and conducted a presentation of the new brand’s products in the Ukrainian market. The company headed for the expansion of its work: the contracts with German TSI Group (vending products, hot beverages, snacks and pasta) and Italian manufacturers of olive oil (“Marchesi”, “Sita”) were signed. The company’s assortiment range is presented on the pages “Coffee and Tea” and “Household Chemistry and Cosmetics”. The basis of the company's marketing policy is customer-centric approach, which is key to the successful development of the company.
